Summary of Benefits:
- Holiday Pay - Holiday pay will be paid for all holidays observed by the client provided that the employee works for at least 24 billable hours during the holiday week. Pay is calculated at regular pay rate multiplied by 8 hours per day.
- 401K Plan - An employee is eligible to join the Core IT Staffing 401K plan after six (6) months of employment.
- Life Insurance - The company pays 100% of the premium for Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment with flat $50,000 benefit.
- Premium Reimbursement Account - This benefit allows employees to receive pre-tax reimbursement for medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums. Premium payments through COBRA and premium payments for individual insurance policies are eligible for reimbursement.
