Q: What if I don’t like the recruiter that I am working with?
A: On occasion a candidate might prefer to change the recruiter they are working with. This is acceptable and arrangements can be made to have you work with another CoreIT recruiter. (TOP)


Q: Can you represent me to a company where I have already applied?
A: Typically, that depends on the time frame. If you have applied recently it might preclude us from being able to represent you to that company. However, if it has been more than a year, then most companies will allow us to submit your resume. We encourage you to not apply directly to clients when working with CoreIT as we do not want to duplicate efforts. (TOP)


Q: Who pays for my benefits?
A: You receive benefits directly from the client where we place you. Our involvement is to identify, screen, prepare, negotiate, etc. Once you accept a position, you will then work directly for that institution as any other permanent employee. (TOP)
