We are here to provide the service that meets your needs. Contracts can be for a week, six months, a year or longer. All we need from you is a thorough job description and feedback.
Our standard approach for contract assignments is to produce two to three qualified candidates for each of your positions and to present them to you for an all inclusive hourly rate. Our goal is to recruit specific to the job description from our clients within the given rate range. We will communicate to the client, market conditions and demands that may impact availability and work to find a middle ground. The contract rate is negotiated with salary expectations and any other details established up front.
Temp to Perm can be negotiated to fill your void as well. Each Temp to Perm hire is negotiated to satisfy the specific needs of the client. It can be a one month or six months (any amount of time) contract period before conversion to full time employment with the client.
If you wish to bring in a direct hire, we will work together with your company to assist the candidate with information they need to make the move. Our fee for placement is prorated based on the duration of contract prior to hiring by our client.
