Direct Hire
A referral bonus of $500 will be paid out to any
CoreIT Staffing employee who refers a candidate that is placed in a Direct Hire position through
CoreIT Staffing.
The bonus will be paid out when the guarantee period is met, normally 90 days from hire date.
An employee’s referral bonus will be processed through payroll and will be subject to federal and state withholding taxes.

Consultants
CoreIT Staffing employees who refer a candidate that is placed on assignment through
CoreIT Staffing may be eligible for a referral bonus. The amount of the bonus will be determined based on specific assignment criteria and will be confirmed by your
CoreIT recruiter.
The bonus will be paid out upon the candidate’s successful completion of 320 hours of employment.
An employee’s referral bonus will be processed through payroll and will be subject to federal and state withholding taxes.
